Automation template · Lifecycle
Reactivation — wake dormant contacts without pestering the live ones.
The lifecycle template we ship for contacts who asked once and went quiet. The quiescence check, the value-add message, the low-pressure audit nudge, and the clean hand-off are wired by default — so the contact either comes back or is suppressed.
What it does
One re-engage path. Suppression on no-engagement.
The Reactivation template runs on the back half of the lifecycle — after the lead response and nurture have spent their budget — and gives dormant contacts a short, structured chance to come back. If they don’t, the suppression is what protects the live leads from a bot that won’t stop.
Trigger event
What makes this fire.
When a lead or contact has been dormant for 30+ days — no inbound, no outbound reply, no appointment activity — and prior express written consent is still on file. The trigger excludes contacts already on the suppression list or marked as current customers.
Action sequence
The four-step default.
Timing and copy are placeholders to swap per vertical. The quiescence logic, the consent gate, and the no-engagement suppression are wired by default.
Hi [first name] — you asked us a while back and we never circled back. Still on your radar?
A quick tip our clients used this month — figured it might help, [first name].
No pitch. Just a 15-min look at your funnel if it’s useful.
No further touches on this contact unless they re-engage.
Results you can expect
What good looks like.
- Reactivated leads route back into the active pipeline without manual triage
- Live leads stay undisturbed — no-engagement contacts get suppressed, not re-tapped
- A measurable lift in booked calls from dormant-but-warm contacts
